General information & Registration fees
A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].
- Important Announcement for Accepted Authors:
For a paper to be submitted for inclusion in the EAI HealthyAIoT 2026 conference proceedings, at least one author must complete the registration process and submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the Camera-Ready Deadline. - Please note that the registration fees are the same for both onsite and online participation.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee of 60 USD.
- The registration fee does not include any transaction or bank charges. Kindly ensure that the full registration amount is transferred.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
- Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration.
Hybrid Conference Format
EAI HealthyAIoT 2026 conference will be held in a fully online format.Â
Accepted and registered authors are required to record the presentation of their paper according to the instructions on this page. Video submission is only available after registration and camera-ready submission.
Important Notes for Authors Before Registering​​
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
